The City of Chilliwack is continuing to update our Official Community Plan (OCP)!

This plan, called Chilliwack 2050, will guide how the city will grow and develop over the next 25 years. Through a phased process of planning research and community engagement, the updated plan will reflect a renewed vision for Chilliwack's future.

Now in Phase 2, we need your feedback on the concepts and draft policies to help shape the updated OCP, and there are a couple of ways to get involved:

  • Host an OCPizza Party. Order pizza from your favourite local shop and dive into discussions with friends, family, or co-workers using our self-guided discussion workbook. Follow host instructions to be eligible to be reimbursed for food, up to $30.
  • Take the online questionnaire. Share your feedback by June 1.

  • Phase 2 - Concepts & Policies

    In the Fall, we asked for your thoughts on the current OCP and your ideas for the future. Using your input, we developed key concepts and draft policy direction for the updated plan. Now, we need your feedback to help shape the updated Draft OCP.
